Camp Registration Information

• $100 deposit is nonrefundable. All other payments, including arrangements for camperships, are due June 1 or immediately when registering later, and nonrefundable after that date. We prefer check payments for the balance. Additional payments can be made via Paypal or credit/debit card here: camper payment form
• $2000 per session is the actual cost pricing, a completely voluntary higher price that reflects our actual operating costs per camper. Paying this amount, or choosing an amount in between that is doable for your family this year, helps keep costs affordable for campers from a range of financial situations. You will receive a donation receipt for any amount over the regular cost. The pricing structure you chose has no impact on the registration process or your child’s experience at Mountain Friends Camp.
• $50 discount for 2nd and additional campers in the same family

• Family camp is for families with children ages 9 and under, but let us know if you would like to talk about bringing and older child or teen. We welcome young kids, grandparents, extended, adopted, single and LGBTQ families. There is not a younger or older age limit, but families with members who are very young, elderly, or who have limited mobility will want to discuss carefully and are encouraged to ask plenty of questions before signing up.
• Children 3 and under are free, as are adults serving as staff or volunteers during youth sessions.
• Family Camp fees are a sliding scale, please choose how much your family is able to pay this summer. Choosing the higher amount helps Mountain Friends Camp cover more of the actual costs for this program. Any additional donations are welcome and tax deductible to support our nonprofit summer camp and keep programs affordable for more families!

Partial need-based camperships are available. Families requesting a campership can chose to pay a $75 deposit.
